MY ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Translated stakeholder requirements into actionable plans with clear milestones, ensuring government contract adherence, which earned the highest evaluation rating and award fee in the company’s 20-year history. As a Professional Consultant, I built two currently operating startup companies from the ideation stage and participated in the Lighthouse Labs Accelerator Program. I created investor presentation materials for GOGO Band and America’s Ticket, resulting in receiving over $5M from VCs. Additionally, I established the first Labor Union Insurance office in NY and achieved 140% of the team’s first-year sales metrics. My work also led to several United States and International patents for an IoT Biometric Early Prediction System. I instructed undergraduate students of the VCU DaVinci Center to identify the proper UI/UX for a first-of-a-kind pediatric enuretic alarm system, resulting in a product that experienced a 96% success rate. In my capacity as an Executive Officer, I proctored State Licensing exams, achieving over 85% first-attempt passing outcomes with new agents. I provided individual and group mentoring and accountability for 283 financial advisors across 2 States, realizing a 16% increase in Assets Under Management in the initial year. As General Manager, I successfully guided the hotel through the Covid pandemic and positioned it for a profitable sale.
